Letter From The President

On behalf of the DNL OmniMedia Inc. family, it is my honor to welcome you to our website. This past year has brought great growth to our organization, and I would like to share with you some of the highlights. As always, we base our success on customer satisfaction.

Redesigning and partnering with Vendini to institute online ticket sales for The Center for Performing Arts’ site has been a worthwhile initiative. Online ticket sales have and continue to maximize their website’s utility and enable theater enthusiasts to purchase tickets instantly, 24/7, without the need to contact the box office via phone.

DNL OmniMedia Inc. has also teamed up with the North Shore Animal League America, “The World’s Largest No Kill Animal Shelter” – an animal rescue and adoption organization. To help support the effectiveness of their many admirable campaigns, we provide continued maintenance of their website and promotional emails.

These days, more and more non-profit and for-profit organizations are choosing to outsource their web maintenance. By subcontracting this aspect of the business, these organizations are saving money, keeping their sites current, and freeing up their resources to focus on their core competencies. Our knowledge base provides solutions to satisfy our existing customers’ needs as we also continue to strive to meet the needs of new customers. DNL OmniMedia Inc. has been fortunate to be able to assist many of these companies with their outsourcing needs.

As our company continues to grow organically, our mission remains the same – to provide high quality, comprehensive web and IT consulting services to all of our customers. Greater knowledge and understanding of customer needs is always at the forefront of our interactions. Over the coming months, we will be employing additional methods for task and project management. These new methods will allow for greater customer engagement in the day-to-day flow of work - enabling customers to easily check the status of a project or task, comment on tasks and projects, and upload documents that will aid in their completion.

We foresee another exciting and rewarding year here at DNL OmniMedia Inc.! Our overall goal is to provide quality service and great value for our stakeholders.
